Professor Daryl Lim and Professor Michael Seng are visiting professors at MUP and they give a lecture on “Current problems of American Patent Law” (Prof. Lim) and "Protection of Trade Secrets and Privacy and Freedom of Speech in American Law” (Prof. Seng).

Professor Daryl Lim is the Director of Intellectual Property Rights Program at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, U.S.A. He specializes in antitrust and patent law (and intellectual property in general).
Professor Michael Seng is specialized on constitutional law and is professor of John Marshall Law School in Chicago, U.S.A. He also is practicing attorney at law in constitutional law (some cases before the U.S. Supreme Court). He personally and JMLS collaborates for years with MUP and organizes exchange of students between the two universities.
During lecture visit of two American professors from John Marshall Law School Chicago organized by MUP through the ERASMUS programme they will give for MUP students (besides lectures in the MUP buildings announced here in MUP web site) also two another lectures outside of MUP buildings:
- Current problems of American patent law and other intellectual property rights (Professor Daryl Lim) and Protection of privacy and trade secrets and freedom of speech in American law (Professor Michael Seng)
