Metropolitan University Prague is organizing a workshop on media literacy and media education in the Danube region as part of the international grant project MELIA Observatory - Media Literacy Observatory for Active Citizenship and Sustainable Democracy. The workshop will mainly present interactive teaching materials created within the project, which aim to promote media education in the region.

Learning interactions address existing policy frameworks on media education and its implementation and necessary policy development in the area. Policy guidelines for strengthening youth media literacy skills and active citizenship in Danube region, being develop in the framework of MELIA Observatory will be addressed.
