In the aftermath of the October 7th attacks in Israel by various Palestinian organizations, which included the taking of hostages, Israel has been engaged in an ongoing counter-offensive in the Gaza Strip. Today, we are joined by Tomáš Bendl, the Head of Communication for Doctors Without Borders in the Czech Republic, who will share insights into the realities faced on the ground as a result of this counter-attack. Our discussion aims to explore a critical question:
What does it mean to be a child, a woman, a man, or a member of the medical staff in the Gaza Strip under the current circumstances?
